A great pie! Fun, open, friendly and family atmosphere. Get a table outside and watch the folks walk by. The pies are huge! The crust is perfectly made and formed. The toppings are generous and not overpowering. Our server, Krystal was friendly and on top of all our needs. This is a great beach pizza pie. The bar was stocked and the open air walk up ordering counter is convenient. Recommended. 6 stars.

Woody’s has a typical beach bar vibe. The inside is small and rustic, and they have a large outdoor deck with picnic table seating. We were told to seat ourselves and we ultimately chose to sit outside. We were greeted quickly and gave our order - a couple of beers, a salad and large cheese pizza. The salad was adequate, some romaine, croutons and a packet of Ken’s Caesar dressing. The pizza is a thin NY style, greasy (in a good way lol), foldable piece of pie. Exactly what we were looking for! The porch was great for people watching and the pizza was delicious! Would definitely recommend.

Wanted to stop for a bite after an early morning swim with the fam, decided to head to Woody’s to try something new and enjoy a cheaper fare than some that Folly offers. This place was great, simple quality pizzas, cold brews and great services. It was a bit hot sitting outside but the ice water kept coming. 5* and would eat here anytime again!

Located in downtown Folly Beach, we arrived at Woody's around 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. Parking took about 10 minutes to find a spot within a reasonable distance. You seat yourself at any available booth, and there were plenty free to choose from. The tables were clean. They offered both inside and outside seating. We sat inside where it was a few degrees cooler. The ambiance wasn't loud or obnoxious. Our server greeted us, gave us menus, brought our drinks, took our orders and delivered food in a friendly, efficient and timely manner. She checked on us regularly, but not so much where it became annoying. I ordered a slice of cheese pizza with pineapple and a sub, husband had the calzone, son 2 slices of sausage and pepperoni and daughter 1 slice of cheese pizza. The sub hit the spot perfectly; zero complaints and highly recommended. However, I prefer Chicago style pizza to New York; I like my pizza dough thick opposed to thin, and Woody's offers the thin crust. The slices are much bigger than I anticipated, equal to roughly 2 slices of a large pizza. While I personally preferred the sub to the pizza, the pizza was still really good, and anyone who likes New York style pizza will love it! Prices were reasonable and the restroom was clean. This place is so underrated. Delicious pizza and really big slices! My fiancé got a calzone and he loved every bite. The drinks here are some of the cheapest priced around! I highly recommend Woody’s to anyone looking for a fun time with good food while at Folly :)

It’s my second time eating there. It was also my first time trying a pizza made with cottage cheese and whole tomato slices and spinach as a topping. The flavor of the White Pizza was balanced between good and bad. It had a taste I had never had before

The white pizza was DELICIOUS! Absolutely loved it & the pricing was decent. Service had a lot of room for improvement. Overall, the pizza was worth another visit.
